Poshov Abour
Ingredients: • 2 tbsp flour • 1 cup chickpeas • 1 cup lentil • ½ cup walnut • ½ cup water • 200 g celery • 6 cups chicken stock • 2 garlic cloves • 2 tbsp butter • 6- 8 mushrooms • 2 carrots • 3 green onions • Salt and Pepper
Directions: In the cooking pan, brown the fresh mushrooms and celery in butter. Chop the carrots into small cubes and add it to the cooking pan. Mix the flour with water, and add it to the pan along with the lentil. Add the chickpeas and chicken stock; bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the green onions, walnut, salt and pepper. Present it with shredded carrots.
