ARMENIAN SBAS

Armenian Sbas

Ingredients: • 2 cups Matzoun • 1 Egg • 2 tbsp Flour • 2 Onions • 2 tbsp Butter • 2 tbsp Wheat • Water • A sprig of Dill • Dried Mint • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions: Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add eggs and matzoun and mix well. In the cooking pan, put butter and fry the chopped onions until it is golden brown. Add wheat, stir and add water. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the wheat is well done. Add green leaves, dried mint, salt and pepper to the matzoun mixture, and then add the wheat. Decorate with dill and serve.
