Lentil Soup ( Vospabour )

Ingredients: • 2 cups lentils • 100 g small meat cubes • 2 cups rice • 6 pcs mushroom • ½ cup chickpeas • 1 cup celery, chopped • 1 red pepper • 2 onions • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 6 garlic cloves • 8 cups chicken stock • Fried Bread • 3 tbsp butter • Salt and Black pepper to taste

Directions: Put the 8 cups of chicken stock in the cooking pan and boil. Add rice and chickpeas and boil for 5 minutes. Add lentil and let it boil also. In a frying pan, fry the small meat cubes in butter and vegetable oil. Add fresh chopped mushroom, red pepper, garlic, celery, onion. Add the meat and vegetable mixture to the soup and mix them together. Season with salt and black pepper. When serving, put fried bread in the bottom of the plate, and pour the lentil soup on top of it.
