Meat and Rice Soup
Ingredients: • 200 g rice • 300 g lean ground lamb meat • 2 garlic cloves • 1 onion • 1 egg • 1 tbsp flour • 1 bunch tarragon or parsley • Salt, pepper and red pepper • 4 cups beef stock
Directions: Boil the rice in water with a dash of salt until tender. Let it cool down. In a large bowl, combine the rice with the ground meat and minced garlic. Add the chopped onion, egg, flour, salt, pepper and green tarragon. Mash with your hands to combine and roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball. In the cooking pan, put the beef stock. Add the meatballs and cook it with salt, pepper and red pepper. Serve hot.
