Cracked Chicken Soup with Wheat
Ingredients: • 200 g boneless chicken legs • 1 cup wheat • 6 garlic cloves • 1 eggplant • 4 –6 fresh mushrooms • 2 carrots • 200 g pumpkin • 3 cups chicken stock • 2 onions • 1 tbsp ghee • 2 tbsp butter • Salt and pepper
Directions: Wash and cut the chicken. In the cooking pan, fry the chicken pieces and the wheat with butter and ghee. Add the chicken stock, bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add the chopped eggplant, fresh mushroom, carrot, pumpkin and garlic to the soup. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender. Serve it hot.
