STUFFED DOUGH WITH SEAFOOD
Dough Ingredients: • 2 eggs • 3 cups flour • 1 cup butter • Water • Salt Ingredients • 300 g shrimps • 2 tbsp oil • 1 cup celery • 4 tomatoes • 2 green chili peppers • 2 red bell peppers • 3 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp chili paste • Fresh coriander, dill and purslane • Salt and pepper
Directions: To prepare the dough, beat the eggs and mix with the flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt, melted butter and some water and knead with your hands to form smooth and elastic dough. Brush the baking tray with oil. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and lay down the dough in the tray. Chop the celery, tomatoes and green chili pepper. Grill the red bell pepper, peel it and chop it. Put oil in a cooking pan, add the shrimp and cook for few minutes. Stir in the celery, add the chopped tomatoes, green chili pepper and grilled red bell pepper, lemon juice, add chili paste, fresh coriander, dill and purslane, salt and pepper. Place the shrimps stuffing on the dough and bake it in the oven for 20 minute
