SHRIMP SALAD

Shrimp Salad

Ingredients: • 200 g shrimps • 3 tomatoes • 50 g leek • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • Red Cabbage • 100 g celery • 50 g raisins • Mixed green leaves (dill, rocket, lettuce, mint) • 3 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp olive oil • 3 tbsp. red grapegar • Salt, pepper and red pepper

Directions: In a cooking pan, fry chopped leeks and some tomatoes with 2tbsp of vegetable oil until half cooked and keep aside. Marinate the shrimps in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper, grapegar for 6 hours. Cut the tomato and celery into pieces. Shred the red cabbage. Wash the dill, rocket, lettuce and mint and dry them well. Soak the raisin in cold water for 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients together. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper and put it in the serving plate. Grill the shrimp and serve it with the green salad. Decorate it with the half cooked tomatoes and leeks and serve it. You can also present it with lavash bread and walnut.
