ROLLED KATA
Ingredients: • 5 eggs • 3 cups flour • 15g yeast • 10g vanilla • 1.5 cup sugar • 1.5 cup ghee • 1.5 cup water • 2 cups raisins • 4 tbsp cinnamon • Sugar powder
Directions: To prepare the dough, combine the eggs with flour, yeast and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, ghee and some water as needed and knead with your hands to form smooth and elastic dough. Split the dough into many small portions. Roll out all the portions using a rolling pin. Add cinnamon and raisins on each and roll it. Put the rolled dough next to each other in a round tray until the tray is full. Add sugar powder on the dough and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until it gets a caramelized color. Decorate with walnuts and serve.
