CHICKEN AND FIG SALAD

Chicken and Fig Salad

Ingredients: • 500 g chicken Breast • 2 tbsp chili paste • 3 tbsp grapegar • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 cup cherry tomato • 10 fresh figs • 200 g white cheese, Shredded • Fresh coriander • Rocket Leaves • Fresh dill • ½ cup walnut • 2 tbsp grapegar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp honey • 3 tbsp oil • Salt and pepper

Directions: Marinate the chicken breast in two tablespoons of chili paste, grapegar and oil. Grill the marinated chicken, and then cut it into cubes or slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes, fig and the white cheese. Chop the coriander. Mix them with the chicken and rocket leaves. Season with honey, olive oil, grapegar, dill, salt and pepper. Mix them and present them with walnut and pomegranate.
