CARROTS STUFFED WITH WALNUT
Ingredients: • 1 kg carrots • 200g coconut powder • 200g walnut • 50g cinnamon • 150g sugar • 2 tbsp blossom water • 2 tbsp rose water
Directions: Peel the carrots and shred it. Put the shredded carrots in a cooking pan over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar. Add rose water and blossom water and directly remove from heat. Allow to cool. Chop the walnuts and mix it with cinnamon. To prepare the carrot balls, use the carrot as dough, stuff it with the chopped walnuts and cinnamon and roll to form a small ball shape. Dip the carrot balls in the coconut powder until the surface is fully coated. Repeat until all the carrots and stuffing has been used up. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
