ARMENIAN DOUGH WITH RAISIN

Dough Ingredients: • 2 cups flour • 2 eggs • ½ tsp vanilla • 2 cups sugar • 3 tbsp rose water • 3 tbsp blossom water • ½ cup milk • 100 g butter • Water

Ingredients: • 150 g raisins • 150 g walnut • 2 tbsp sugar pow- der • 50 g cinnamon powder • 100 g butter • ½ cup yoghurt • 2 tbsp oil

Directions: To prepare the dough, beat the eggs with the vanilla and mix with the flour in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, rose water, blossom water, milk and melted butter and some water – if neededand knead with your hands to form smooth and elastic dough. Roll out the dough lengthwise using a rolling pin add the sugar powder, cinnamon powder, raisin and walnut and roll the dough. Cut the dough into circles. Brush the baking tray with oil and lay down the dough in the tray. Bake in the oven until it gets golden color. Decorate with walnut and raisin and serve with yoghurt.
