Serves: 4 cups

Ingredients

200g Chicken breast
30g Lemon juice
1 Carrot
2 Green onions
½ Cup flour
4 Cups chicken broth
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Dirctions:

Put the chicken broth in a pan, add the flour gradually, and mix it well. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Wash and cut the carrots and green onions. In a frying pan, fry the chicken with the vegetable oil until it is half cooked. Add the carrots and onions. Combine the chicken and the vegetables with the chicken broth and boil for further 15 mins. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve it with green onions and lavash bread on the side.
