Zeytounov Salad
Ingredients: • 300 g olives • 2 tomatoes • 2 onions • 1 red Pepper • 2 green chili peppers • 50 g walnut • 2 tbsp chili paste • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses • 3 tbsp tomato paste • 4 tbsp lemon juice • 3 tbsp olive oil • Salt, cumin, red Pepper and dried mint
Directions: Put the seedless olives in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes, onions, red pepper, green chili pepper and walnut into small pieces. Add to the olives. Add the chili paste, pomegranate molasses, tomato paste, lemon juice, olive oil, dried mint, cumin, salt and red pepper. Mix well all the ingredients together. Decorate with onion slices and parsley, and serve.
