COCONUT COOKIES

Ingredients: • 3 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • 3 cups Flour • 5 cups coconut powder • 2 cups milk • 3 tsp baking powder • 1 cup melted butter • 1 tbsp blossom water • 1 tbsp rose water • Salt • Water (if needed)

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cupcakes pan. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with vanilla. Add the flour, coconut powder and milk. Add baking powder, butter, salt, blossom water and rose water. Mix all the ingredients together. Add water if needed. Pour the batter in the cupcakes pan and bake
