CHEF ZARMIG BIOGRAPHY

A lucrative and phenomenon which left a lifetime trademark in her career as a celebrity television personality, artist / Painter, author culinary books, Certified Culinary International judge, Master Chef, founder AMFEC Armenian Federation of Chefs, World Master Chef Society. Her consistent efforts and stature as a global chef of Armenian origin, has established Chef Zarmig as the ambassador/representative of Armenian cuisine.

Doha based celebrity Chef Zarmig Ohannes Haladjian is an Armenian Lebanese, holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Al Kafaat, Lebanon, and got her Associates Diploma in Applied Sciences Degree for Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute. Later on, completed her master’s degree in business management from Liverpool University, London.

She ended up with master’s degree in public health management at  Roehampton University based in United Kingdom online studies.

Chef Zarmig is one of the most sought-after culinary entertainment chefs in the country. As a culinary artist,she has prepared gastronomical experiences in several channels starting with Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation and NTV. Her niche approach to gastronomical have enabled her to be a television star at Arab Radio and television Network and MBC a well known broadcasting network in Middle East. She mastered the art in culinary and became a presenter in IQRAA Channel, Saudi Arabia and IQARIA an Egyptian Channel.

Chef has authored more than 24 books on cuisines as well as on secrets of Culinary Art which talks about recipes, healthy lifestyle and art in cooking like food carvings. She launched “MAMIG” The Armenian Cookbook by Chef Zarmig which is a loving guide to the fusion of Armenian traditional cooking and an exploration of Armenia, its culture and history.

As a successful woman today, Zarmik is captivated and absorbed by portraits, figures, always been fascinated by aesthetic abstract images and how the world is represented through the eyes of others. Her renowned passion in art started at the young age when she showcased her talent through her blessed fingers by carving sculptures..

At early age her work is divided by inventing constructed sculpture and carvings, later on she moved to hand painting, also she is credited with defining the elements of arts, art in painting, sculpture, and carving that may had not previously been carved or shaped. She often work with found and recycled materials, particularly in her sculpture. These materials were not just plastic, they were things that could be molded in some way, usually into three dimensions. Artists used knife, spoon, styrofoam, precious metals, and wood to create revolutionary sculptural artwork in different ways to improve her skills and make master pieces by keeping her trademark.
