Fishne Khorovadz

Ingredients 

• 1kg minced Lamb meat 

• 200g lamb fat 

• 2 cups of Fishné | Wild Cherry | 

• 3 tbsp sugar 

• 1 tbsp cinnamon 

• 1 tbsp salt 

• 1 tbsp seven spices 

• 2 cups water 

• 2 tbsp lemon juice 

• Lavash bread 

• A few sprigs of parsley

Directions 

Mix the minced lamb meat and the lamb fat with the cinnamon, seven spices and salt and grill them. Mix the Fishné with sugar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water and cook them for 10 minutes. Put the lavash bread in then plate, add the meat and top it with the Fishné. Decorate it with few sprigs of parsley.
