Matzounov Khorovadz

Ingredients 

• 1kg minced lamb meat 

• 3 cups yoghurt 

• Mashed garlic 

• Lavash bread 

• Salt, cumin, sumac and seven spices 

• 1 cup of chopped walnut 

• ½ cup of shredded almond

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore.

Directions

Mix the meat with salt, cumin and seven spices. Add some walnut. Shape and grill them. Cut the lavash bread into triangles and fry them. Sprinkle sumac and cumin on it. Put the lavash in a plate; add the grilled meat on top of it. Mix yoghurt with the garlic and cover the bread with the mixture. Put them in the oven for few seconds and present them with almonds.
