Kilisi Aghtsan
Ingredients:
• 2 cups white burghul
• 4 tomatoes
• 3 onions
• 1 bunch parsley
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp chili paste
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, cumin, and red Armenian pepper
For the sauce, dice in small size half of the quantity of onions and tomatoes and fry them in the olive oil. Whenever it is cooked, add tomato paste and chili paste. After removing them from heat, add cumin, lemon juice and burghul. Mix all. Cut the remaining onions and tomatoes and add with the chopped parsley to the mixture. Chill and serve cold. You can decorate it with cabbage.
